All payments for ad posts are final. However if you believe failure of our internet service caused an unauthorized charge you can submit a request to BOwnedBizlists@B-Owned.com stating “Refund Request” in the header and one of our BOwned Bizlists associates will respond in 45-60 days.

If BOwned Bizlists has determined the ad needs to be removed for any violation to our Terms and/or Policy no refund will be issued.

Featured Ads

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Ad will have to be un-published and reported to us within the 30 day grace period.

  • Memberships

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please have a copy of the email tracking info or related service information.

There are no situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email and someone will reply within the allotted time above with the rejection or approval of said request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30-45 amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If BOwned Bizlist has determined the Featured Ad needs to be removed for any violation to our Terms and/or Policy no refund will be issued.
